Something in me had always known that meaningful connection was about the most important and meaningful thing there was I’ve always loved people. I used to imagine hugging every single soul on Earth.
When I read that Harvard study, it didn’t surprise me, it confirmed something that we all know.
Connection changes everything.
And yet, somewhere along the way, it became hard.
People want to be seen. Not curated. Not impressive. Not performing. Just seen.
The problem isn’t that we don’t want connection. It’s that we don’t have simple, repeatable ways to practise it.
So, I built one.
